The fee for our letting only service 10% for the first year of the gross rental achieved, which will be payable to us fully in advance. For this fee we will act as introductory agents directly or indirectly and handle all transaction relevant to the letting until occupancy when tenants will deal directly with you as the landlord.

This includes taking a one week holding deposit to secure the property, which subsequently means the property is to taken off the market whilst rent and deposit is agreed. We will also obtain satisfactory references on the proposed tenants.

Management Fee

The fee for our management service is 5%

Furnished Properties

All upholstered furnishing must comply to the fire and furnishing regulation 1993, and the fire and furnishing regulations 1988.

Selling To Tenant

In event of a sale of your property directly or indirectly introduced by VIProperties we will be due our standard commission on 2% of the purchase price.

Renewals

In the event of the tenant renewing the tenancy for a further period of six months/one year etc you agree that VIProperties will be entitled to a further fee of 8% of the gross annual rental that year and subsequent years there after.

Marketing

VIProperties will market your property in whichever ways we feel will benefit you best using:

Local/National newspapers
Magazines
Internet
Any other media we feel will help rent your property.
